Furthermore, you can also follow Snapchat’s official support account on Twitter, where the company posts updates about server outages and downtimes.
Close Snapchat and Re-Login
Now, if Snapchat is working fine, the next best solution is to close and restart the app. Simply swipe on the Snapchat card in the recent apps switcher to close the app. You can log out and log back into your account to re-sync all your conversations if that does not resolve the problem. To do so, follow these steps on your Android or iOS device:
- Tap the Bitmoji (or profile) icon in the top-left corner of Snapchat. Tap the “Settings” icon at the top-right corner of your profile page.
