Is Company Have Customer Loyalty

Our survey ranked Allstate ninth in the category of Best Insurers for Customer Loyalty, placing it behind all other car insurance companies. We found that low rates and a customer-first strategy are likely behind high customer loyalty scores, even if there are many other reasons for customers not to renew their policies. Allstate’s low customer loyalty ranking is probably due to its poor customer satisfaction scores and high insurance rates.

Our survey found that only 36% of customers were very likely to renew their policy with Allstate. In contrast, top-performing companies have a 100% renewal rate. USAA customers, for instance, were very likely to renew their policy, while State Farm customers were very likely to renew.

  • They said that their agents were slow to respond.
  • Customers are not prioritized in the Allstate experience.
  • The local agency was great, but the claim centre did not communicate well.
  • Getting responses in a timely manner was a challenge.
